These documents are our standard terms, published so you can read them before talking to us. Where you have a signed agreement with FuseAIs, that agreement takes precedence.

3. Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website or the platform, email sales@fuseanalytics.com with "Security" in the subject line. Please include enough detail to reproduce it.
We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly, and that you do not access, modify or delete data belonging to anyone else while investigating. We will not pursue action against researchers who report in good faith and follow that principle. We do not currently operate a paid bounty programme.
4. Intellectual property
The FuseAIs name, logo and the design of this site are ours. You may not use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without written permission. Fair descriptive reference — writing that your product integrates with FuseAIs, for example — is fine.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to sales@fuseanalytics.com identifying the work, the material you object to and your contact details, and we will investigate.
5. Compliance requests
What we can provide to a procurement or security team:
- Data Processing Agreement
- For customers who need us to process personal data on their behalf.
- Security questionnaire
- We will complete your standard questionnaire, or share ours.
- Sub-processor list
- The current list, plus notice of changes to it.
- Signed terms
- A counter-signed copy of our terms, or review of your paper.
- Insurance certificates
- Available on request for procurement.
6. Law enforcement and legal process
We disclose customer data to authorities only where a valid legal process compels it. We review every request, disclose no more than the request requires, and where we are permitted to notify the affected customer we will do so before disclosing. Requests should be sent to sales@fuseanalytics.com.
7. Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA on this site. If you hit a barrier — a control you cannot reach by keyboard, text you cannot read, anything that gets in your way — tell us at sales@fuseanalytics.com and we will fix it.
8. Changes
We update these documents as the business and the product change, and revise the date at the top of each. Material changes are notified to customers directly.
